The work you will do
- Join forces with the founding team to work on strategic and operational projects at cavalis.
- In your role, you’ll be a sparring partner for our co-founders in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Gain insights into various aspects of entrepreneurship and the day-to-day operations of cavalis.
- Take on customer projects as a cavalis consultant and execute them swiftly and independently.
Qualifications you need
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Entrepreneurship runs in your veins. You have the drive and are unafraid of the responsibility that comes with successfully completing a project.
- You have a passion for data analytics, process mining, figures related to Business Development and a strong interest in technology and innovations.
- Proficiency in data-related languages, with SQL as a requirement, and a bonus if you’re familiar with other programming languages like Python.
- You are a master in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, …).
- You work independently and with structure, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and dedication to your job.
- Outstanding track record in your Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or a comparable degree program.
- relevant work experience in a start-up or one of the leading management consulting firms.
